  • Guest：When booking they did not fully explain more about the renovations. The area was cold and they had advertised 3 restauants. In the room the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed, had to get different refrigerator because it was not cold, lamp shade was missing a screw to hold shade in place and the carpet was stained/dirty. We should have been offered a reduced price due to the renovations. Will not recommend this hotel.
  • Guest：1. Bathroom sink just has a hole in it 2. Room number was missing on the door 3. Shower pressure was very low 4. Construction dust triggered allergies
  • Guest：They are so nice there, very accommodating. Helpful and the room is great. When the renovations are done it will be even more beautiful there. The restaurant staff is great, the food is excellent, and very delicious. I would recommend this hotel to any one.
  • Guest：We reserved 2 rooms and one of the rooms had NO A/C. I called and notified the front desk and it took 2 calls for someone to come up and without even inspecting the thermostat or whatever, they brought an electric fan. Both rooms showers hardly had a water pressure. Our rooms were overlooking the swimming pool and there were people still there past 12 with no consideration of people trying to rest. The hallway carpet had a bad smell like maybe mildew, or carpets not dry after cleaning or smoke. I feel they should have at least offered a discount or smoking for a non-working A/C specially with the hot weather.
